Second rule of thumb......don't be lazy. Thats another turn-off for me. I just feel..I don't know how to explain but I hate laziness, plain and simple. So anyways I didn't know what else to blog about and I thought I should write something, so this is what you get..oh yeah and well today is the second largest holiday in Sweden next to Christmas...
Normally it should be sunny on this day so celebrations can continue as normal, however it is raining..and we are all going to Stig's house for the party....You can read a little about Midsommar here..... We are just waiting for another hour before we go...I'll have my mobile phone so I should get a lot of good pictures...Apparently it's all about eating sill,
which is actually rotten fish..yuck!!! and getting drunk and lots of dancing...and other traditional Swedish foods..I dunno..we will see what happens and considering the bad weather, I am guessing I am going to miss out on a lot of normal traditions seeing as this is normally done outside.EDIT:

His link is to the right of the page...Sorry my photos are a little grainy...my mobile phone camera was extremely slow for some reason..oh well!..And yes I too danced around the Maypole, looking like a frog jumping around a mini fallus..hmm..
But we played a drinking game and if you got a certain card you had to do the dance, and we were all a little tipsy! Well we all did chug Vodka and Jack Daniels whiskey so! And I labeled all my pix for everyone too...Its funny, in the pix all my time stamps are there and you can see that we started to drink around 630pm?? and on past midnight we were still going at it..lol.. Thats like 6 hours of drinking right there..hahaha

It looked so bright inside, even though it was raining outside. It's been raining here today too. Jason and I have been inside veging out all day cause we both have the flu.
Yeah it looked bright out...But it just rained, eventually it stopped raining but by then it was too late and then it would just drizzle rain more and more. Sorry you both are sick!!

raining here too. we had one of the hottest aprils on record and then have had the wettest may and june.

Hej CJ, yeah its like rotten fish and it stinks to high heaven....we soon are to get a heatwave here according to the weather reports...apparently Italy has it now and they say its moving our way...40+ c..well we could, so they say....
All this paganism, so shocking. The maypole is supposed to symbolise a penis pushing into the feminine earth for fertility, it wasn't a very big pole, its what you do with it that counts. It looks like a fine time, plenty of chugging.
