So I'm realizing something....
That if I had some sort of knitwear designing software, this wouldn't be so....
not hard, but more of a pain in the rear.

The ones free online are just..ehh ok. It's just killing me because I have a feeling that this is going to cost me a lot of money.

But onto better news, I wound up my yak (Bijou Basin) this morning and took it to work. I was so excited to start working with it that I cast on for my lacy shawl right away, and boy is it a dream! I won't show you my progress, sorry...You'll have to wait until it's all said and done, but I'm quite proud of myself now that I figured it out. And knitting it along the way is helping.

So I am only going to give you a peek...The beginnings of...hmmm, well I don't know what I'll call her yet.

Whoa! You're just working on all kinds of stuff, huh? And the picture makes me with that I could pet the screen and feel it . . .it's cool to see what you're doing!
