I totally could not help myself.
Another knitter, crayolaab on Ravelry, had finished her Virginia Shawl today and I'm loving it. Don't you??

I have many things on my Ravelry to do list...However I am sticking to my original goal list of only allowing myself so many projects on the needles at one time. 6 I think was the max.
This allows me to get things done and not feel overwhelmed. This morning however I had put two more items on as a Wip, but I did not start them yet. Those are going to be my next 2 in line to be started when I finish other items.
Right now the big things keeping me from finishing my own personal items are projects that co-workers have requested. Because of all the people asking me for items, and me not knowing how to charge. I asked a few friends and have now made a price list. This will help keep things simple.
Onto the next two items that I will begin for myself once I am caught up....
I am totally in love and I really need this.
Because my birthday is coming up on the 23rd,
And because I just got paid for one of my designs,
I, Kimberly, treated myself to the pattern and the yarn..lots and lots of yarn.
I will be knitting this cardigan in Cascade 220 because, well just because it makes sense! Cascade 220 in #8021
Because Steven A. has a birthday before me, I treated him to a design he's been wanting and some yarn-y goodness!
#2 He has also sent me some yummy yarn.
I'm gushing over the Madelinetosh.
Worsted weight, Norway Spruce colorway..soooo yummo that I didn't know if I could use it. Turns out I have the perfect project for this. Something to warm my tootsies.
Thank you thank you Steven! x
