I totally gave up on whatever it was I was doing for my sister. I never got very far with the socks, then the fingerless mittens before I had to frog back. Thank god the yarn seems to be quite resilient and handled it very well, and once again for the....4th time??..I think, I have recast back on once again to a pattern I never mess up. Yarn Harlots Earl Grey, and well frankly, my sister is just going to have to love them for what they are..haha
So I have a long Monday at work today and I wonder how far I will get with these. Thank god I have made these twice before so I know the deal. I'm also glad I can knit while I am at work....(as long as my phone isn't ringing, or I have no paperwork)
