I really want to make a shawl. I have made one before, but I didn't make out so well on the one I was test knitting recently. I need more experience with something basic maybe. One with a lot of stockinette...I can only hope this helps?
So... I am going to try and make Andrea's Shawl by Kirsten Kapur.
I will be using some Lucca Fino I bought at Deisey Design on Avenyn in Göteborg, Sweden. I haven't lived in Sweden for almost 2 years now so I have been hanging onto this lovely soft merino yarn, and now it finally has a purpose. I love the colors brown & pink together so this will work out great.
If I can get this shawl down, then I am going to give Heathers shawl another shot.
