Well, today hasn't exactly started out as I had hoped.
I should be at work, however I had a dentist appointment that has gone terribly wrong this morning so I'm nursing a very sore jaw. I'm not much good to my boss at the moment because not only am I in pain, but half of my mouth is numb. Kinda makes it hard to talk to customers so she told me to go home...and here I am on pain meds deciding what to do. Kinda of weird to be numb in some areas and in pain in others.
I don't know if it's a good idea to knit because once this stuff starts to kick in, I don't want to be loopy making many mistakes on my shawl. So before I go rest I'll leave you with the pretty details of my shawl. I love how it has a soft leafy-ness to it...I started in on the brown stripes this morning, but I'll leave that for another post once I have enough to really show it off.

Uggh I hope you feel better soon! Dental work is no fun. Your shawl is turning out beautifully, I love that pink, and next to the brown, it will really be lovely.
